Production Control Process

HIGH LINK use ISO 9001 as the frame basis of Quality System and apply the five tools of IATF 16949 to manage the production process, and establishes complete production chart and various operating standards from the internal aspects of IQC, PQC, FQC to the external aspects of SQA, with completed inspection standard process for implementing the control plan for controlling the various characteristics within production process, and setting up the equipment, tooling, control method and inspection frequency.

HIGH LINK is IATF 16949 certified since August 2021.
HIGH LINK is ISO 9001 certified since 2001.
